Miscellaneous

  • Betting it all (AKA "All in") - If at any time a player is in a situation where they bet all of their remaining chips, this is known as "going all-in." This causes all future raises during that hand go into a second pot. If the player who went all-in has the best hand, they only win the chips in the first pot, the player with the second best hand then win all the chips in the second pot. If the player who went all in does *not* have the best hand, the winner gets all of the chips in the first *and* second pots.
  • Ties - In the case where two or more players in the showdown have hands of equal value, all the chips in the pot are divided equally between the tied players.
