Finals Round Details

[The finals are now complete, you can listen to a recording of the exhilarating match here!]

The top four paying members from the qualifying round will be eligible to go on to the Finals. The finalists will join All inPlay cofounder Paul G. Silva at a private table at a prearranged date and time. There, they will play an intense round using the All inPlay "Classic No Limit" tournament rules (detailed below) and at the end, the player with the most chips is the grand champion. The Finals will be recorded and played on ACB Radio for the whole world to enjoy! You'll be on your very own World-Poker Tour-Like show <smile>!

Here's how the Classic No Limit Rules work...

* The game starts off with all players (and the Moderator, All inPlay's Paul Silva) sitting at a special, private table.
* Each player begins the tournament with 100,000 ACB Bucks.
* This table's betting rules are *no limit*, meaning players can bet as much as they like!
* Finalists play for 30 minutes before getting a warning from the observer. They then play 15 more hands.
* At the end of the 15th hand, the Moderator will record the relative chip-ranking of the players.
* The moderator will fold every hand.

*AND* the game's progress will be broadcast an ACB Radio, so everyone can listen in <smile>.

All finalists will be invited to the finals via email (via the address they have registered with their All inPlay account). Those who do not accept the invitation by the deadline indicated in the email will not be able to participate in the finals. Their spot will be offered to the next highest scoring player from the qualifying round.

All finalists will be required to participate in a "technology shakedown." This begins on Sunday at 1 pm US Eastern (10:00 am US Pacific, 1700 GMT). The purpose of the technology shakedown is to find and fix any technical problems, as well as answer finalists questions, *before* the finals. Those unable to attend the shakedown, or unable to successfully participate (as determined by All inPlay) after 60 minutes, will have their seat offered to an alternate.

The actual finals will be recorded at 4:00 PM US Eastern (1:00 PM US Pacific, 2000 GMT).

It is the finalist's responsibility to show up on time and ensure that their computers and Internet connections are functioning properly so that they may participate in the Finals. The moderator will *not* wait for late players. Players who disconnect from the finals match must, sadly, be disqualified to ensure a fair game for all other players.
